Have an HTC Fuze. This software caused startup to be very slow, and would cause my phone to lag on everything from checking email to using the camera.

Don’t waste your time and money buying this product, it is a piece of junk. Difficult to install, does not perform as promised. I agree with previous review, Norton really screwed this one up.

I loaded it on to my Motorola q9c smart phone via my computer running XP without a problem. My cell phone carrier is Verizon. My problems started when I tried to register the software and continually got a message “server is down, please try again later!” After a month of trying to activate this software via my phone on the internet, talking to Symantec by phone twice and chatting on-line with two Symantec representatives I have given up and will be returning this software for a full refund of my money due to the fact that the product is useless to me.

One thing I find interesting about what was communicated to me by some of the customer support folks with the Symantec Corp that I talked/chatted with: I was told that yes this software is designed to work on my brand of phone using the Microsoft Mobile 6 OS, but numerous problems are known to exist with this product and work arounds are been looked at. I was asked how I connect to the internet via my phone and I can only assume that was what was causing my problems with this product.

I’ve used a lot of Symantec/Norton products over the years and I’m very disappointed in the lack of product support when it came to resolving my problems with this particular product. Work arounds are not the answer. A fully functional product would have been better!
